I live 3 hours away from Marshall Marine. Purchased a new motor from them. Fantastic experience. Everyone at Marshall Marine was 100% professional. Encountered a factory problem, inquired to Marshall Marine for a fix. Immediately I got responses from the owner and service manager for a remedy. They treated my like I was their only customer. My motor is a 30 HP. Not a 350 HP. That's how you do it!!!! Everyone at Marshall Marine treated me like family. I am kicking around the thought of a new fiberglass boat. I'll head south to MM. We recently traveled from St Louis MO to the dealership to purchase a Godfrey pontoon boat. It was a long drive the money we saved was worth the drive. Will was our salesman. He was very helpful and respond quickly to all of our questions. Hope handled the paper work and she made sure every detail for SC and MO was taken care. Hope even caught mistakes on the insurance policy. Another gentleman went through the boat and did our water test with us. They hooked our boat to our truck and we realized that my truck had a blown fuse. They changed the fuse for us. They adjusted our trailer hitch to make sure the boat would tow level. They made sure we had the right adapter so our lights and trailer baked would work correctly. Knowing we had a long drive home, they secured the bimini top and ladder with zip ties to minimize movement. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful and made the whole buying experience very pleasant. Thank You

Okay, so after waiting just shy of a full year for delivery, my day had finally come. Although at first glance, I was somewhat disheartened because there was some confusion on the color. Truth be known, it wasn't what I ordered, and my first decision was to refuse delivery. Needless to say, it was a long drive home! After many calls and a couple trips back to Lake City (one with my wife) the color started to grow on me a little. The wife really liked it!!! Kudos to Tyler, Jason, Ricky and Hope!!! You guys more than made up for the issue and went above and beyond to make sure Hannah and I both were getting what we wanted. Cannot thank you enough.

After searching all over my home state of Florida for an Xpress H20 Bay with a 115 SHO and finding not just none, but extremely long waiting lists, I happily found Marshalls Marine. I called, spoke with Jason and told him about what I wanted. Although he had a completely rigged H20 with a 150 and none with the outboard that I wanted, he said he could make it happen and with the help of Will, who got me a better rate and down payment than my bank offered, and Hope, who got me through the paperwork, I am the happy owner of my dream boat. There are far more extra features then I would have imagined for the price. Buying from Marshalls was worth a 6 1/2 hour drive!

I bought my G3 Jan 2019. Drove 6 hours from VA to SC. It was well worth the trip. Fantastic folks work at Marshalls Marine. Nothing but 5 star service. Example; My engine would not start called all around in VA but it would be 2-3 weeks before they could look at it. Called Marshalls and they fit me in the next day. had me fixed in 2 hours and on my way. It was a bad core in a new battery, not the boat. You can't ask for better service. Had the unfortunate experience of throwing a rod in my 2011 Yamaha 150 which was serviced near me and two hours after this service this happened. Service provider who did service didnt have a lick of empathy, wouldnt work with me on replacing so I called Marshalls Marine and had the pleasure of working w Wade. Cant say enough good things about him, the process of obtaining a great quote and getting me back on the water in a very short time. He found the engine we needed, sent folks down to go get it so we could get it installed. He has won me over and when in the market he has my future biz and will tell lots of folks about him and Marshalls Marine. Worth the 2 hour drive from Southport NC.

I purchased my 2019 Keywest 219fs the first of dec 2018 . This dealership is super . After fishing at lake Murray under all kinds of conditions ,even white capping ,Im impressed with the boat . Im even more impressed as time goes on with the price I paid for it . Its fully equipped with a lot of extras and I havent seen or heard of another dealer that could come close to my deal. I bought a Key West 230BR fully loaded, love the boat. My wife and I drove four hours one way to Marshall's, worth the trip. We have made the trip a couple of times, eight hours each time. The Service Manager Ken, has been very helpful. There were a few things that I wanted done to the boat, the service department took good care of me. I fell that Marshall's will do everything they can to take care of their customers. Looking forward to a long happy relationship.

I enjoyed the whole experience. I had no idea what to expect when I started my 2 1/2 hour drive to get there . The hospitality was super and there was no pressure at all . Drove from out of state to purchase my boat and have nothing but good things to say about the facility and the staff. Would recommend them highly and will check back before purchasing another new boat.

The only negative is the test lake is just too small to get a feel for the boat.

If you come from out of town stay at the "Security Inn" in Lake City. Very clean and well managed hotel.

his is how a boat dealership should be run. Bought a new boat last month and the experience was awesome. My sales person, Stacey, was the best. Took me out on the boat on their lake and demonstrated every thing on the boat, as well as driving it. The titling/registration/paperwork process was seamless. Even spoke to Mr Marshall himself. Follow up calls to them are spot on. Alexis in titling is awesome. Marshall's Marine is s first class operation. They do business the right way.
