Great friendly staff superb service
I highly recommend Marshall's Marine for your next boat purchase. The staff there are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I was able to make a long distance purchase and they had my new boat ready for me when I requested. They took me for a test ride and took the time to explain everything. I would like to thank Jason, Hope, Wade, John and everyone else involved in helping me purchase the boat.
I purchased a new deck boat from Marshall’s Marine. We came from Florida to purchase a boat from them due to their extensive inventory. We were concerned about buying from a dealer that we didn’t know. From the minute my wife and I walked in the door we knew we made the right choice to purchase a boat there. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. They had more boats on display than I had ever seen in one location. Many more than all of the boat shows and dealers I had been to. They were very organized and scheduled the closing for a time that was convenient to me. We got to water test the boat on site. This was very comforting and just one of the special touches they provided. The price was good and the boat had all the features I was looking for. Everyone we spoke with had nice things to say about the owners. After the purchase I called to inquire about some optional items. That went very well too. I am sold on Marshall’s Marine! I highly recommend them if you are considering a boat purchase based on my experience.
Great experience. Everyone I delt with, totally professional and sincere. Great price and wanting everything to be right. Mr. Collin during the entire process of buying a new Yamaha outboard returned emails and calls very prompt. The dock water testing crew, very knowledgeable and thorough. Will, the finance personnel understanding and thorough. I traveled 3 hours out of state from NC to purchase a new engine because of their character. Rare now days. I highly recommend Marshall Marine.

I shopped, and shopped more, for the perfect CC that fit our family needs. I was willing to travel far for the deal and boat we wanted and Marshall's came through. Furthermore, their customer service was beyond expectations and something you rarely find these days...Matt, our Salesman and his finance department were on point with every request, question, communication and timeliness during the deal. In fact, they were more than accommodating while I awaited my new lift to be installed and timing the boat's delivery. They have also been very helpful with post delivery questions. I will no doubt be returning to Marshall's for future boat upgrades!

Marshall’s Marine had an advertisement for a boat I was interested in. It was a good price so I spoke with Matthew at the dealership via a phone call as I live 530 miles from Lake City. We spoke about potential options, and he guided me through what options best suited my needs. Because I live 8 hours away, the folks at Marshall’s went out of their way to have the boat ready to go on the schedule that I could make the trip. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Ricky took me out on the lake there and gave me tutelage of the nuisances of the new boat and optional equipment. I am very thankful to the folks there and highly recommend anyone looking for a boat to have a talk with Matthew at Marshall’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+

We bough our boat here a little over a year ago. We were very pleased with the service provided. Everyone was very punctual when answering correspondence. We had 2 services performed here and both were excellent. The boat rigging crew did and excellent job on rigging the boat and provided a very clean and meticulous install.

Recently we had our 100 hour service done by Marshall’s Marine in Lake City. From the purchase of our boat in March and our dealings with both the Lake City and Georgetown stores we have had excellent service with an amazing and friendly staff at both locations. Dave Tilton in Lake City was great on our last service and kept us updated on the progress of the boat and propeller repair that had to be sent out. Reasonable prices and an Excellent place to do business.
I have never had a better experience with a boat dealer. It is like going back in time when you walk in. I was from out of state having a repower done and they treated me as if I had been a customer for 30 yrs. Great communication, work was done on time and under quote, paperwork in order, overall great experience. Extremely hard to come by these days.
Very pleased with the professionalism they offered when picking up our new boat. After going here I’m scared to go anywhere else. We’ve bought a few boats over the years and no one has been as good as Marshall Marine. Has to be one of the best locations around and exceptionally clean. If you haven’t checked these guys out then you need to!!! Thanks guys y’all will deff see us again when we purchase another boat!

In a time where customer service has basically fallen to the wayside, this place seriously stands alone! First service for my new boat, I was expecting a week. I received a "your boat is ready" text in less than 24 hours! Spare tire bracket broken due to bad weld. I got UPS tracking in less than three hours. This service department puts new meaning to customer service! Highly recommend Marshall's Marine, Lake City.
I called them to ask an off the wall question about sizing a prop for my jonboat. The fellow was obviously extremely busy with customers. He took down my info and said he'd get back to me. When he did he told me he could not get the prop I needed but he gave me solid advice and pointed me in the right direction. That is good service.

To all at Marshall Marine. I have purchased a vr22rc Veranda tritoon with a Yamaha 250SHO. My hat goes off to everyone there. From the start of the purchase to the end of the purchase. All my questions were answered as needed. The service was the best you could ask for. There were a couple of issues and the whole team at the Marina got involved and made the issues go away and made things right. We will be purchasing our next boat from Marshall's again. I'll have to admit, after waiting almost a full year for delivery, it was quite a let down to see that what came in, wasn't exactly what I had ordered. I was prepared to refuse delivery and go elsewhere. These people went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, they didn't have to do that, they chose to! Hats off to Tyler for giving me the facts, options and walking me through the entire process. Ricky for giving me the onboard instructions along with some fantastic Cajun humor. And then of course Hope for bringing everything together with her numbers knowledge! You guys are the best and I cannot thank you enough.

Wow, where to begin.... First off, Cam and Jason are the BEST! They went above and beyond to help me out by staying late on a Saturday just to accommodate my unique situation. I can't tell you how much that means to me. It says a lot about this business and their employees. After scouring the internet for weeks, I finally found my dream ATV at Marshall's. What a surprise it was to find it at a dealer that mainly specializes in watercraft. Thankfully they decided to branch out a bit and stepped into the ATV world. One of the many things that sets this place ahead of nearly every other dealer is the fact they listed it at a TRUE price rather than the MSRP that doesn't reflect all of the surprise fees that will be added on at the time of purchase. Other dealers could learn a few things from these guys. Not to mention they're one of the very few dealers that isn't inflating their prices. I highly recommend Marshall's Marine! I suggest to anyone that you start here and work with these guys. They'll treat you right.
I traveled 2.5 hrs to deal with Marshall's because they had the variety of boats I was interested in, on site, which made my decision easier. They also gave me a better deal than I could have gotten in my local area and great customer service.

This is the largest boat sales facility we have ever been to regarding the size of their showroom and area for accessories, there is a huge selection of boats indoors that are air conditioned, makes boat shopping a pleasure and a very knowledgeable staff there too, if you're a passing through or into boating's, give them a look

I had also talked to Mr Altman about the placement of the windshield which was on back order from Stingray and he personally sent me pictures of the install procedure. The folks at Marshall's Marine in Lake City are absolutely phenomenal. The sales process was dead-easy. It was priced aggressively and no haggling whatsoever. The approval and finance process was one of the easiest experiences I've had in my life. I drove over two hours to pick up the machine. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready and took five minutes to complete. Then they insisted on doing a test drive around the property and going over the instructions for breaking in the machine and maintenance. Since then, I've referred my friends and family to them, including one who lives in Florida and just bought a unit from Marshall's. This is a family-oriented business that treats people very well. I'm a customer for life.

Wade with the service department does a nice job of showing you how the boat operates and the dealership's test pond is a nice feature to show you how your boat operates. Let me first say that I have never had a better big ticket buying experience than I had with MARSHALL'S MARINE! This is a top shelf operation for sure. I searched all over the southeast and Marshall's was not only the best price on my custom ordered pontoon, it was in my home state. Jason, our salesman, was very responsive through the whole process and John, was extremely thorough in the walkthrough and delivery of the boat. On to financing and Will was very friendly and helpful with that process. Each person involved contributed to me being a very satisfied buyer right down to the smallest details. They have definitely perfected the art of customer service. If I am ever asked where to find a great boat dealership, I will recommend my friends down at Marshalls Marine. The drive down to Lake City, SC will be worth it. If 10 stars was a thing, they would have it!

We just bought a new Nautic Star 2102 legacy, this dealership has been amazing to work with. The boat didn’t have seats that I originally wanted, Collin our salesman said that would be no issue and got them ordered. Hope was patient with us as our bank took forever to get the check to them and has helped with registration and all my crazy emails! When we got the boat home we found a few things wrong and I immediately texted Collin, he is having them taken care of and said he would show us how to prevent it from happening again. This dealership has been nothing but great for us, I highly recommend! They have gain lifetime customers from us!
